This rank is calculated upon the literal 'rank' of each player in a league, without taking the wins and losses into consideration. The 'league' refers to OSL, MSL, KPGA, Best of the Best and other long-run ones in Ongamenet and MBCGame.
The points are given as follows; 300 for the championship, 200 for the second place, 100 for the semifinals, 50 for the quarterfinals, and 30 for the round of 16. Advance to an upper round guarantees a double point, because only half the numbers of players manage to survive up to the next round. However, based upon the notion that the 'force' of the winner of the championship does not yet double the 'force' of his opponent, and because the merits to be in the round of 16 should not be undermined, I made these two cases the exceptions of the rule.
When the rank was determined in the playoffs, it was weighed in the points, whereas the rank in the full league was not. In case of Best of the Best, the given point is 50% of the original point. For the round of 24, the point is 20. (Regardless of how a league is run, in case of a round of 16 league, the total points are equal.)

Year 2000 and 2001 should be distinguished, however, I figured it would be insufficient only to take Ongamenet leagues into consideration. MBCgame(called Gembc back then) held monthly leauges from 2001, however, they were too small to be included. And the same is for the 2001 Winners' Championship. MyMyung, YellOw, H.O.T-Forever were in the league. In 2000, small leagues such as Game-Q were held, which were also excluded from the list. BoxeR and IntoTheRain were in the league. Take a look at the rank above and guess how well they did. It is just to show who were active at that time. (By the way, TheMarine is ranked 11th. Therefore he does not appear on the list until the very end.)

Nada was truly remarkable this year. His point in 2002 is higher than any other year's No.1. (The second will be sAviOr's in 2006.) It wasn't until 2003 that Ongamenet-MBCGame, a two-broadcasting company system was finally settled. For the first half, Nal_rA ruled, and so did iloveoov in the latter half, while Nada was going steady. They altogether swept the top three in the leagues. iloveoov may feel a little dissatisfied with the disconnection of his 'prime time.' For reference, Nada won the Premier League. JJu's ranked 11th, and 12th is TheMarine(-_-;), GoodFriend and Reach for the 13th and the 14th. And in terms of the total points up to 2003, BoxeR is slightly ahead of Nada by a few points^^;

The era of sAviOr has come in 2006. His point almost doubles that of Nada. He is ranked in the second place in terms of the total sum of the points, however, considering that there were more leagues in 2002 and that the difference between his and Nada's point in 2006 is remarkable, he is more than just outstanding. He ruled from the late 2005.(His point is just 'lovely' to calculate-_-;) He did better in the first half, and it seems that both he and Nada had the equal dividends in the latter half. Anytime's ranked 11th, and followed are GoodFriend, GoRush and Kingdom.

Nada overwhelms the others here. It's interesting to see that the top three are Terran, from the 4th to the 6th are Zerg, and 7th and 8th are Protoss. It's a 4-4-2 formation up to the 10th, then the proportion becomes somewhat even, then Terran rules again around the 20th, and then from the 26th to the 30th are Zerg. After all, Zerg has three more players in the list.
