We, KCT, had already paid for all the costs for the accomodation here and recieved a printed receipt of the payment. We paid total 8 traveller's checks each worthy of $500 canadian and got the change back.
However, your hotel has charged extra U.S$93.28 dollars on the credit card without our consent. We believe it is ridiculous that we are charged for something that we don't owe and we need a refund of the U.S$93.28 and also the transaction fees and etc to be made back in our account. Please contact KCT for further progress.
