죄송하지만 주문이 이미 처리 단계에 있습니다. 해당 처리는 하루~이틀 비지니스 데이 (일하는날) 정도 입니다. 그리고 고객들에게 주문에 어떠한 변경을 하기 전에 이 처리 시간을 허용해 줄 것을 요청 합니다.
한마디로 하루 정도 걸리니 그 이후에나 주문에 대해 변경 해줄 수 있다는 소리인듯 싶네요...

현재 주문이 "프로세스" 단계라서 지금은 아무것도 해줄수 있는게 없다는게 그분의 말씀입니다. 이 "프로세스"단계는 일하는 날만 세는 기준으로 1-2일 걸리구요, 이 프로세스단계가 있는 이유는 중간에 고객님들이 주문 내역을 바꾸고 싶을때 바꿀수 있도록 잠깐 쉬어가는 단계입니다. 1-2일 뒤에 이 "프로세스" 단계가 끝나면 결제가 되고, 완전히 결제가 되면 그 이후에 환불받으실수있으실것 같습니다.
